Ranine Chaar

Ranine Chaar is an accomplished singer and the daughter of the famous Abdul Karim El Chaar.  

She was only five years old when she joined the choir and she was already memorizing the oldest Oriental Classics. A few years later, at the age of nine, she won an honorary diploma on a television talent show sponsored by the UNICEF. She was cast in many international documentaries airing on Arte, Mezzo, Munhwa (Korea) and ABC Australia.

While being in the U.S.A., she was a soloist in the International Ensemble of the Hawaii Pacific University (HPU) where she chanted in more than nine languages. She performed in many international festivals as well:  The Aloha Festival; The Ala Moana Festival, the Greek Festival and many other intercultural events. 

Ranine has had the opportunity to play leading roles in renowned plays and musicals: Al Samiriyyah; Ri7lat Mo7tar Ila Shri Nagar; The Closed Doors; Era and many more. 

She has recorded the official Arabic soundtracks for Disney Movies Bolt and Once Upon A Wintertime. 

For two years in a row, she participated in the Sufi Music Festival in Amman, Jordan. She was the only Middle-Eastern Female performer and the Minister of Culture  recognized her achievements with an honorary shield. Ranine has also proved how talented she is at the Jerash Festival in Amman, Jordan. She has also performed at the Rotterdam International Film Festival in Holland, as well as the International Spanish Day in Beirut, Lebanon.
