Guy Manoukian began playing piano at the age of 4, while studying classical music.

His first television appearance was at the age of 6. At the age of 7, Guy recieved an invitation to play at the Lebanese presidential palace. by the age of 8, Guy had already won his first competition, for a composition of his own.

Guy began performing in professional concerts in 1997.
